Fire Damage

This apartment unit had extensive fire damage due to a lightning strike that hit the roof and caught the unit on fire.  SERVPRO of Rockwall/Rowlett not only cleaned, packed and moved the tenants belongings to a new unit, we also completed a total cleaning of the structure.  In this particular case, the manager hired us to do the compete re-construction of the unit as well.  The HVAC units were cleaned, counter tops were replaced, flooring was replaced and the unit got a fresh coat of paint.  Here at SERVPRO of Rockwall/Rowlett strive to uphold the SERVPRO standard.
